Our master instructors Beth Pera and Carrie Lowery train students in a group fitness format with this cutting edge workout. This class is brand new to Arizona and the Phoenix metro area. People are packing the gyms in Los Angeles, California to participate in these classes and we are so excited to have the opportunity to introduce this style to our studio here in Phoenix.
This style is a plateau proof fitness formula workout utilizing resistance and cardio training and masterfully combines all into a powerful workout set to highly motivating music. The workout is intense and fun! The components of R.I.P.P.E.D. are Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. It will help you achieve and maintain your optimal physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. It is called the “One Stop Body Shock”. Don’t let the name scare you because anyone can do this workout. The instructors are thoroughly trained in exactly how to modify the moves for those student’s that have injuries.
